All in all the entire experience was brilliant and at no point during the two and half hours did the staff or service falter – in fact every staff member we encountered went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were comfortable and all our demands were met. So another thank you to all the staff that were on board. I have been raving about you guys to my friends and family since our cruise and I am already looking forward to my next harbour cruise with you.

I would like to acknowledge and thank you for the superior, and very friendly, service you provided my elderly parents this week. Mum, Janet Schonfeldt - wheelchair bound, and Dad, Alec - recovering from 2 bouts of major surgery, have just returned home to Adelaide from their short trip to Sydney. They are a-buzz with enjoyment of the cruise itself, and also with the way in which they were helped by the Manager and staff. Thank you so much for making the day so very special for two beautiful, but quite frail, people.
